Senior Designer

Summary:
For more than 20 years, our award-winning client has pushed the boundaries of interior design and architecture to better serve their clients’ needs. As the organization continues to grow rapidly, they are searching for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team. While many of their designers are NCIDQ certified, this opportunity provides a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and expertise within the design realm and learn from some of the best. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing client presentations, developing plans and detailed drawings in AutoCAD, and lending expertise in design specifications. 

Opportunity:

• On-Site in Triad, NC area. (M-F 9a-5p)
• Direct Hire
• Competitive benefits, PTO, and bonus incentives.
• $32.50-40/hr + unlimited OT.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client projects while interacting with vendors, contractors, installers, etc.
• Develop floorplans, elevations, detailed drawings in AutoCAD, and renderings utilizing Sketchup and Enscape.
• Lend expertise in design specifications, space planning, and equipment selections.
• Create and prepare client presentations and detailed construction packages while visiting job sites and overseeing final installations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience with proven ability to manage and supervise projects.
• Proficient skills within AutoCAD, Enscape, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite.
• Collaborative and energetic team-player who is driven to grow.
