Transportation Administrator
Summary: CRG recently launched a search for a Transportation Administrator in Charlotte, NC. Our client is a national full-service transportation company dedicated to providing the finest transportation solutions for some of the biggest organizations in the country. This position will support daily operations, internal and external communication, and inventory management. 

Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Charlotte, NC (Southwest)
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (flexibility if needed)
Responsibilities:

  • Reporting GPS units, managing inventory, and tracking trailers

  • Communicate tracking statuses with facility managers and maintenance managers internally

  • Email and call external vendors for updates on equipment tracking and potential issues that arise

  • Update the company database to reflect correct notes, tracking information, inventory, etc

  • Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to report data to internal teams

  • Accurately transfer data between various proprietary systems as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience

  • Microsoft Excel Skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information across the organization

  • Previous Transportation, Supply Chain or Maintenance experience preferred

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
