Senior Project Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid)
Pay: $80/hour+

A global CRG client in the Triad area is looking for a Senior Project Manager.  This is a contract role.  The Senior Project Manager will function as the primary business contact for the assigned project.  Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of technology and business process reengineering projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.  Ensures that project objectives are accomplished and in line with business objectives. 


This effort is to roll out a portal to the customer base. The intent is for a digital interface of our industry leading uptime services plus additional new features regarding location management, reporting and analytics. Scope is to secure end to end delivery of this strategically important initiative. We have divided the delivery / go to market strategy into two pieces. One to be delivered in fall of 2023 and the next in spring of 2024.

Job Duties:
  • Organize UAT testing & retesting fixes/enhancements for MVP together with IT development teams
  • Track technical progress and commercial readiness (go to market) of deliveries critical to MVP launch
  • Channel pilot launch feedback to input into development team sprints and priority backlog
  • Work with stakeholders and coordinate the prioritization of the backlog for development teams
  • Coordinating Release 2 requirements, scope, timing, and prioritization towards development teams
  • Prepare stakeholder project updates / reporting
  • Redefine way of working with connect solutions
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Business
  • At least 8 years’ experience with both formal and agile project methodologies
  • At least 10 years relevant professional experience with significant business change management
  • PMP certification
  • Experience from management and project activities, such as planning, cost control and staffing
  • Ability leading projects in a cross-functional, matrix, multi-site organization
  • Intermediate to expert level experience with the full MS Office suite, including TEAMS, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Extensive experience driving consensus between stakeholders that have conflicting delivery demands
  • Experience successfully delivering initiatives while fulfilling the Change Manager role concurrently with the Project Manager role
