Responsibilities • Recruit candidates to meet the needs of clients, from entry-level to upper management level roles • Manage multiple open requisitions at once in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities. • Strategically and creatively source candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other sources. • Prescreen and Interview candidates via video or phone to qualify them for specific job requirements. • Build relationships with candidates and help them throughout the hiring process. • Edit resumes and candidate summaries to best sell your candidates to the hiring managers • Prepare your candidates for interviews as well as debrief them after interviews • Participate in weekly meetings to market new candidates and evaluate client’s needs
