- Coordinate various audits and tax filings while maintaining monthly consolidations and financial reports
- Responsible for tracking and forecasting cash and debt while coordinating budget and forecast processes
- Analyze monthly GL activity, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to accounts to ensure proper recording
- Prepare account reconciliations and assist with balance sheet analyses to assist in month-end close
- Maintain files to support transactions and expenses, prepare quarterly bank compliance reports, and complete sales/use tax returns
- Responsible for compliance reporting (State, Foreign Country, US Government) while maintaining business license registrations (State, County, Municipal)
- Propose ideas regarding to improve utilization, strengthen controls, and streamline processes
- 4+ years of experience in Public Accounting required; Experience in Audit/Tax preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Ability to lead by example with strong analytical skills and strong communication to work with all levels of staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Outlook
