Summary:
A CRG Client in the Triad area is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC! As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities include presenting managed services to prospective clients utilizing a specific strategy for a long-term outcome to meet the client’s business objectives. This candidate is also responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients to identify revenue and retention opportunities, as well as supporting continuous improvement of the sales process.

Location: Winston-Salem, NC 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; HYBRID Schedule!!
Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 base + COMMISSION! OTE $100,000 - $130,0000

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a sales strategy to prospect and expand the managed services client base
  • Execute a strategic business plan to achieve annual sales targets
  • Network within the business community to identify prospects and build relationships
  • Build trusted client relationships to retain and grow services and revenue
  • Make cold and warm prospecting calls to identify new MS opportunities and sales leads
  • Manage prospective client relationship throughout the sales cycle to ensure client and internal team expectations are being met
  • Present and demonstrate the value of services to prospective clients
  • Stay current on service offerings, competition, and industry trends to identify opportunities
  • Maintain a CRM sales funnel/database of contact information and lead statuses
  • Support continuous improvement of the sales, implementation, and support process
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with existing clients

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tech sales
  • Experience in selling managed IT services and equipment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM software
  • Success in exceeding revenue-based targets
