The main tasks for a Business Analyst will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
Gathering business requirements then turning them into technical requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing with other IT team members and users.
Presentation and report-making skills are important in order to present the findings to PMO project manager and upper management.
Most tasks will either be performed from the Restaurant Support Center when possible and on-site at store locations when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Experience with multi-unit restaurant point of sale and systems, and associated IT hardware/software used in the daily operations of hospitality/food service
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent documentation skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong research skills to determine the latest trends and solutions
