Duration: Direct-Hire
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 / year + 7.5% bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The main tasks for a Business Analyst will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
- Gathering business requirements then turning them into technical requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing with other IT team members and users.
- Presentation and report-making skills are important in order to present the findings to PMO project manager and upper management.
- Most tasks will either be performed from the Restaurant Support Center when possible and on-site at store locations when necessary.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience with multi-unit restaurant point of sale and systems, and associated IT hardware/software used in the daily operations of hospitality/food service
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong research skills to determine the latest trends and solutions
