Office Manager
Summary: A stable and growing construction company with twenty six offices nation-wide is looking for an Office Manager to join their Springboro, OH team! This person will be managing a team of two employees that handle AP, AR, AIA billing, and payroll, while managing a variety of human resources and administrative duties. This position offers a positive work environment with a close-knit team.
Salary: Targeting $55,000 - $60,000 + potential bonus (May be able to pay more)
Location: Springboro, OH - 100% on site
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (flexible, can start as early as 7 and work 7am-4pm)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of two employees who handle AR, AIA Billing, Collections, AP, and Payroll
- Maintain vendor relationships for supplies, furniture, and other services
- Obtain bid permits and licenses for contractors
- Order Certificate of Insurance from agent
- Execute Sub Contractor Agreements
- Maintain electronic and physical copies of various licenses, permits, and HR records
- Assist with screening, hiring, and training new employees for multiple departments
- Facilitate Benefits Open Enrollment for 100+ employees annually
- Schedule, plan, and organize events, orientations, and training sessions for 100+ employees
- Conflict management between field employees and management in multiple divisions
- Manage fleet of 30+ vehicles, including maintenance, vehicle sales, and DriveCam
- Plan company parties as well as travel arrangements for field and office employees
- Serve as backup and assist if needed with AR, Collections, AIA Billing, AP, and Payroll
- Oversee all employment credit card activity and create expense reports
- Additional duties related to all aspects of accounting as directed by manager
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of similar experience, including AP, AR, Payroll, and HR duties
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency required
- Viewpoint Vista Construction or other construction software preferred
- Construction accounting preferred
