Deployment Technician 

Schedule: First Shift (Flexible Start between 7:00am-9:00am )
Location: Onsite in Macungie, PA
Pay: $22.50/hr

Description:
This Candidate should be prepared to ensure the quality and usability of technological devices pertaining to the end user PC, phone, peripheral set up, and deployment techniques. 

Responsibilities:

• Setting up / imaging new user equipment (laptops running Windows 10, Mobile phones running iOS or Android) according to global guidelines 
• Delivering end-user equipment to the users 
• Providing general office support to end-users 

Qualifications: 

• Able to collaborate with global support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems, in addition to using all available resources such as personal skills, vendor documentation, and online knowledge bases. 
• Able to provide constant communication / feedback to end-users to understand their requirements and setting the appropriate expectations.
• Experience with installing and configuring client systems. (Hardware, software, applications, communications, printers, and peripherals). 
• Must have a good understanding of LAN connectivity (wired and WiFi) in support of existing infrastructure.
• Prior experience with assisting PC users in utilizing PC applications for office and factory automation to solve business problems.
• Able to image and configure new and existing machines to end-user expectations.
• Experience with deploying new machines to end-users by transporting equipment via handcart and personal / company vehicles, in which lifting up to 50lbs is involved.
• Other duties as assigned by onsite manager.
