Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator
Summary: CRG recently launched a search for a Land Acquisition Administrative Assistant with a top home building organization at their corporate office in South Charlotte. This established, family-owned organization offers the opportunity to make a big impact, work with key organization stakeholders, and to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a legal environment and assisting with real estate contracts.
Opportunity: Direct Hire 
Location: South Charlotte (onsite)
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate contract review and assisting with ensuring closing documents are completed.
  • Communicate with regional and corporate offices on land transactions.
  • Pull data and information needed for weekly funding report.
  • Work alongside the land acquisition team to ensure they have the assistance they need.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in an administrative role, ideally in a legal environment
  • Background assisting with contracts
  • Strong communication skills, written and over the phone
  • Intermediate Excel skills
