Pricing Manager
Summary: CRG is partnered with a global technology company that provides additive manufacturing solutions of 3D Printing within healthcare and industrial markets. They are seeking a dynamic, strategic Pricing Manager who has proven success in implementing overall price strategies, leading and managing pricing projects, and providing analytical and operational pricing support through margin and pricing analysis.

Opportunity: Direct Hire
Location: REMOTE – occasional travel to headquarters in Rock Hill, SC
Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience) + 15% bonus and equity

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability
- Monitor cost, market, and currency exchanges to implement pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with other teams and establish recurring cross-functional review of cost and price impact
- Participate in or lead pricing committee (global and cross-functional)
- Administer pricing and price change processes and procedures
- Recommend discount change adjustment to maintain defined margins and meet/exceed budget targets
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and ROI calculations/tools
- Develop and manage pricing communication (change, campaign, competitor, etc)
- Devise innovative processes/programs and solutions to make pricing a key and continue activity to drive profitable growth
- Conduct analysis and review of pricing, costing, operational process, and profit for selected customers/key accounts
- Work closely with partners to develop, implement, and track recommended actions
- Ensure pricing information is accessible and usable within the pricing tools used by sales
- Conduct training on pricing related topics
- Facilitate the development and continued management of pricing tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years of experience managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating price process documentation
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with comfortability in dealing with numerical data with strong attention to detail
