Website Development Manager
CRG is partnered with a global technology company that provides additive manufacturing solutions of 3D Printing within healthcare and industrial markets. They are seeking a dynamic, strategic, Website Development Manager who has proven success in implementing overall SEO/Web marketing strategies, managing a high-profile web domain, increasing traffic to a domain, managing/testing functionality, as well as leading the overall architecture of a domain. Location: Charlotte, NC (South)
Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 + Bonus
Schedule: HYBRID Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:

  • Define web strategy and roadmap. Define the information architecture by articulating website objectives, and providing strategic guidance to UX, content, and development teams
  • Lead the effort to integrate new and existing company acquisitions into a single digital ecosystem, to reinforce 3D Systems capabilities and to ensure a consistent, high-level digital experience
  • Own and optimize the funnel for web-generated leads and pipeline, to support aggressive growth targets
  • Proactively manage, prioritize, execute, and continually optimize all website projects
  • Ensure web information architecture, navigation, customer journey is clear, compelling, and consistent for desktop and mobile
  • Clearly understand site performance, analyze trends, business impact, and use this data to develop new hypothesis, experiments, and A/B tests, to maximize conversions and results
  • Analyzes competition and SEO performance trends and acts proactively to optimize results. Drive all SEO efforts, implement best practices, optimize pages, and assure top rankings for the website
  • Proactively monitor and evaluate the latest trends, tools, technologies and best practices for website, SEO and SEM, and recommends enhancements to achieve superior results and the most updated user experience
  • Analyze and interpret website performance metrics and implement opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Track and report on traffic (Google Analytics), engagement and conversions, competitive analysis, SEO performance and rankings toward goals. Provide performance and process feedback to management
  • Ensure that all web site content follows web standards and best practices. Provide SEO standard methodologies and recommendations to the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to initiate and deploy compelling copy, graphics, videos, and other web content
  • Work with IT to ensure that proper security protocols are met and assist IT with any software/application that relates to the web
  • Own multiple web projects simultaneously ensuring updates are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope to keep the website up to date, engaging, and relevant
  • Manage the Website budget to ensure every dollar is being used effectively, including making the case for increased investment to drive even better outcomes
  • Manage external agencies and service providers to support web projects as needed
  • Leads, trains, motivates and develops a team of UX and web developers
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of B2B website architecture, design, production, and optimization experience in a global enterprise. Additional experience with Ecommerce features is a plus
  • Proven track record and results to lead website engagement, pages and user funnels optimization and conversion strategies
  • Experience integrating websites from acquired companies, optimizing web content, and improving content UX
  • Experience with marketing technologies integration (Salesforce, Pardot a plus)
  • 3+ years hands-on experience minimum for SEO demonstrating strong results utilizing SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, DeepCrawl, SEMrush)
  • 3+ years’ experience and track record results with keywords research and Paid search
  • Proficiency in website content management systems (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
  • Experience with project management; agile principles and teams nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Web Development, or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
