CRG has launched a search for our client, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry. Our rapidly growing client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing multiple job requisitions at a time.

Location: 100% on-site in Charlotte, NC!

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour, depending on experience

Opportunity: Indefinite contract

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements for light industrial jobs.
• Utilize job boards to source resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens, interview candidates, and administer assessments.
• Manage high-volume job requisitions, including posting open positions internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• High volume recruiting and onboarding experience required
• Experience Recruiting Finance roles
• Experience working for a Light Industrial Agency
• Experience recruiting hourly blue collared type of positions/Maintenance type of positions
