The Operations Analyst will be responsible for participating in the design, development, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting software components in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. This analyst will establish estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks. They must also communicate with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest of quality and in accordance with standards and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. This Candidate will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of data across several application platforms as well as analyzing data and application discrepancies and collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams to evaluate solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining data relevant to multiple application features across several technologies
  • Leading day-to-day application support
  • Participating in production triage efforts when application outages occur
  • Researching and proposing solutions to problem areas within the application as observed by support ticket volume
  • Providing Engineers and QA with observable data and patterns to help drive work scope and priority
  • Assisting with DevOps tasks such as pipeline creation, deployment management, and non-production environment triage
  • Collaborating with team members through ongoing Agile ceremonies including stand up, retrospective, and team demo
  • Preforming the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of demonstrable experience in application support and triage
  • 1+ years of applicable experience with data entry and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of DevOps strategy and practice
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
  • Demonstrated written, oral, and presentation/public speaking communication skills
  • Understanding of modern Agile software methodologies and practices

Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Experience in an entry-level or above software support or triage position
  • Knowledge of SAFE FME server software
  • Understanding of basic application monitoring practices
  • Experience with mobile application development
