This role will be responsible for processing contract organizationally, keep templates, know what the right documents would be for the right situation.
Salary $100k+

Responsibilities
- Maintaining appropriate legal files, organize, review, and run point on contract execution.
- Managing a high volume and wide variety of contracts, including Clinical Trial Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Employee Agreements, Clinical Site Agreements, Statements of Work, Consulting Agreements, and Services Agreements, etc.
- Identifying legal and contractual risks and flagging/addressing problems in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Providing legal support to the General Counsel and company clients during contract preparation and negotiation
- Assisting in implementing and managing contract management tools/systems
- Maintaining and updating governance framework, monitoring compliance with requirements, coordinating board and committee meetings, establishing, and maintaining a schedules, agendas, minutes, board materials, consents, and resolutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of experience in Legal, Paralegal, or Contract Management
- Excellent drafting, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience handling correspondence with the Board of Directors
- Experience with public company corporate governance matters
- Paralegal certification is preferred
- CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Clinical Trials industry environment is preferred
