Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Summary: CRG has recently launched a search for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with our high growth-oriented client based in South Charlotte that boasts a globally recognized brand. This Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for leading and executing all Talent Acquisition strategies including high volume, full-life cycle recruiting efforts.

Location: Charlotte, NC – SouthPark area

Opportunity: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Builds relationships and trust with market unit leaders to effectively gauge needs and influence hiring decisions
  • Partners with Hiring Managers. to clearly define the accountabilities of the position and candidate success factors.
  • Outlines expectations for the recruitment process to source and select the best-qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Reviews candidate advantages and development opportunities and influences hiring decisions.
  • Finds active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, high-touch direct sourcing, and networking to find top candidates for current and future openings.
  • Fosters relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Presents the Company and details of the position and sets clear expectations.
  • Coaches and trains Hiring Managers and other stakeholders regarding the staffing process to drive consistent candidate selection methods. Sets expectations for all stakeholders in the hiring process, gain agreement on schedules and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast pace, high volume environment.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Proven success with sourcing for new talent.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
