CRG has launched a search for a multi-site global aerospace client who is in need of a Director of Sales – MRO. This client is dedicated to their customer experience of exceeding expectations. They are fast-growing with a strong believe in the power of team collaboration with the deep-rooted belief that there is no substitution to personal relationships and interactions. With 50 plus years of experience in the industry, they are leaders in MRO, APU leasing, and OEM partners of key commercial and military aircraft solutions. They offer a flexible work environment enabling talented individuals to fulfill their development goals through drive, energy, and passion for the customer. This individual will join the sales team in Mooresville, NC.

- Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships within the global aircraft operators from airlines to cargo operators
- Lead the sales process to successfully deliver customer centricity

- Actively seeking new sales opportunities with new potential customers
