Organizational Change Manager

Duration: 6 Month, Contract to Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing discovery and developing an approach that supports Cloud migration training and upskilling for the organization
  • Supporting Teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
  • Providing support to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through learning journeys
  • Conducting readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Developing a set of actionable and targeted training plans- including communication and recognition
  • Coordinating, conducting, and measuring training deployment and competencies
  • Developing supporting communication for both formal and informal learning events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan)
  • Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.)
  • Experience with large scale training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
  • Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh
