Point of Sale Program Manager


100% Remote – EST hours

12+ Month Contract (high likelihood of extension)

 

Our $50 Billon dollar retail client is looking to add a Program Manager to their next large-scale project. This individual will be leading and guiding teams through a rollout and implementation of a POS system upgrade.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage final scope, schedule, and budget
  • Create accurate and accountable financial reporting; successful track record of meeting current and forecasted goals for both Capital and Expense budgets
  • Manage vendor account and assist them in developing solutions
  • Define and manage multiple integration workstreams
  • Lead post-project evaluations and share learnings with broader team
  • Manage projects simultaneously, with ease, professionalism, and confidence
  • Prep, lead and own all status reports per project including (set agenda, assign roles, ensure proper attendance, deliver materials, contact notes)
  • Identify required skill set and associated roles; partner with Resource Management
  • Drive project phases from original concept through final implementation

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Well versed in large scale retail implementations
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Prior work with legacy systems and new software integration
  • Experience with NCR and Toshiba solutions preferred
