Payroll Reconciliation Specialist

Summary: CRG has launched a search for one of our clients who is a leading provider of food services. This client, who boasts a widely well-known name, is looking for someone to join their team as a Payroll Reconciliation Specialist. This position is located in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation: $19-20

Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn and understand Compass Payroll applications (SAP, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications as assigned) to adequately support the workload.
• Assist with reconciliation daily – daily check pickup and sorting.
• Create UPS labels, sort and process mail as assigned.
• Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
• Provide customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with clients in a fast paced, complex, deadline-oriented service environment
