Customer Service and Inside Sales Specialist
Summary: CRG is hiring for multiple Customer Service and Inside Sales Specialist roles with a well-established team and organization with a robust training process! If you have experience in retail, hospitality or call center customer service, and are looking to get into a corporate customer service or inside sales support role, this is the opportunity for you!
Compensation: $17.00/hour, contract to hire!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed product and service knowledge in order to best support existing customers’ needs
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls per day, assisting customers with their questions, concerns, or issues
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to best serve the clients’ needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain understanding of market pricing and policies to ensure the best service is provided compared to the competition
- Assist with inventory management as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, to include call center, hospitality, retail, etc.
- Customer service issue resolution experience required, via phone preferred.
- Ability to build collaborative, positive, working relationships with internal and external partners.
