Regional Finance Director / Controller
About the Opportunity:
Our client is a leading national provider of workplace food service, office coffee, pantry services, and unattended retail and culinary solutions. The organization combines the resources and stability of a large national company with an entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach at the local business-unit level.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a hands-on Regional Finance Director / Controller to lead the financial operations of a growing business unit in the Parsippany, NJ area.

This is a highly visible Finance leadership position partnering closely with Operations and senior leadership. The role combines traditional controllership responsibilities with significant exposure to operational and commercial decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being close to the business—someone who can move comfortably between analyzing a P&L, working through a month-end issue with the accounting team, and partnering with Operations leadership on profitability, customer opportunities, and business performance.
