Parking Lot Attendant
Location: Kent, Washington 98031
Duration: 6+ months
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 10am to 6 pm
Pay Rate: $18-18.50/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers and business partners in person and via telephone
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
QUALIFICATIONS
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
