They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. This role involves assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, handle complaints professionally, diagnose and resolve issues, monitor delivery route progress, scan haul-away pods for verification, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Opportunity: 15-week contract Compensation: $18-$18.50/hour Schedule: 3 different times:
Tuesday – Saturday 10am-6:30pm
Monday – Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 12:30pm-9pm
Monday – Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9am-5:30pm
Location: Edison, NJ Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
1+ years of related experience preferably within a call center environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
