Location: Idaho Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 + up to 30% bonus! Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Oversees and motivates a dynamic team at a prominent account, aiming to deliver exceptional service to clients, students, and the surrounding community.
Guides and develops both self and team members, fostering strong relationships with clients and meeting critical performance goals, including profitability, safety, and team engagement.
May serve as part of the district leadership team, sharing insights and best practices, addressing potential risks, advocating for diversity, and enhancing the community experience.
Balances decisions with consideration for risks, rewards, and both short- and long-term impacts, integrating feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Promotes a work culture rooted in transparency, safety, accountability, education, and mutual understanding.
Acts as a spokesperson and brand representative for the team within the university and broader community, participating in key client and local events.
Focuses on exceeding client expectations, maintaining the account, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to rebid efforts when needed.
Supports various operational functions, including safety compliance, marketing initiatives, nutrition, and culinary programs.
Ensures compliance with local, state, federal, and company regulations, conducting audits to uphold standards in critical areas such as food safety and sanitation.
Invests in employee development, conducting performance evaluations, planning for succession, and understanding all operational roles.
Manages the financial outcomes for the account, collaborating with leadership on accurate reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
Administers policies and procedures consistently and equitably across the operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in food service in higher education environment
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and business, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving financial and operational goals
Strong strategic mindset - needs to take initiative, think critically, take accountability, and communicate effectively
Champions an inclusive mindset and demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and a proactive attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
