Administrative Assistant
Summary: Our client, a transformative logistics company, is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the security program across the organization. This role will be responsible for various administrative duties, including badge control, access management, and visitor coordination, in addition to supporting the security team

Location: Marietta, GA
Duration: 13 Week-contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Print, add, and delete security badges maintaining the access control processes.
- Manage visitor check-ins and coordination of entry into the facility.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Organize meetings, schedule facilities, and assist with event coordination as required.
- Learn and grow within the security department, taking on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
- Communicate with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and process excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in administrative support
- Experience with physical security systems (ex. Brivo, HID, Lenel, or similar) and general office software (Microsoft Office)
It’d be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of security best practices and protocols
- Experience in handling visitor management
- Knowledge of multiple administrative disciplines
- Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity, which require discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output and meet deadlines
