Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter and strategic marketing resource on Database Marketing and as a point of contact for teams.
Real-Time Data Analysis: Analyze customer segmentation data and marketing campaign reporting to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Make quick decisions based on data insights and critical thinking to optimize audience segmentation in marketing strategies in real-time campaign building and analysis.
React swiftly to market changes and customer preferences to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Dynamic Audience Segmentation: Utilize dynamic audience segmentation techniques to segment customers on-the-fly based on real-time data and behavioral cues.
Tailor specific customer segments to marketing messages and offers in a timely manner.
Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies and build audience segments to enhance marketing communications and drive customer engagement.
Database Acquisition and Retention: Lead database acquisition initiatives to expand customer reach and improve data quality.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to database acquisition, retention, audience segmentation, health, and database management.
Database Management: Implement data cleansing actions to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for database management, data cleansing vendors and relevant internal and external partners.
Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations according to policies and industry best practices.
Agile Testing and Optimization: Implement agile testing methodologies to quickly test audience segmentation as part of marketing strategies, messages, and creative elements.
Analyze real-time audience segmentation results and make rapid adjustments to optimize campaign performance in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Continuously track and monitor the performance of audience segmentation of marketing campaigns in real time.
Generate immediate reports on audience segmentation key performance indicators and campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-drive decisions on the go.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Eight years of field-related experience including database management, data analysis, and/or marketing analytics.
Expertise in database management, segmentation techniques, and campaign optimization.
Working knowledge of data cleansing processes, including best practices.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization software.
Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Coniq, and Campaigner and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
