Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time)

Opportunity: 6-month contract (with likely extensions)
Location: Remote (must sit in NC)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 
11:00am - 4:00pm OR 9:00am-2:00pm 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards.
  • Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis.
  • Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.
  • Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
