Part Time Payroll Specialist
Summary: CRG’s rapidly growing Transportation client in Southwest Charlotte is seeking a analytical and detail-oriented professional to join their team! As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining timesheet records, and preparing all payroll reports. If you are seeking the opportunity to grow your skills and experience with a prestigious company, I encourage you to apply. 

Opportunity: Contract (indefinite) 
Compensation: $25.00-30.00/hour
Schedule: 10-20 hours a week (flexible schedule) 
Location: Charlotte, NC 

Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll, off-cycle payroll, and bonuses for 500+ employees 
• Prepare and verify all post-payroll reports
• Ensure all new hires have a direct deposit set-up prior to processing payroll
• Pull 401k contribution changes and loan reports 
• Set up garnishments and tax levies for employees
• Assists with payroll orientation for new hires
• Maintain referral bonuses, boots reimbursements, and active severance files for payroll purposes
• Ensure there are no punches on hourly employee timesheets
• Researches, resolves, and responds to employee-related payroll questions and problems 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
• UKG Pro experience preferred 
• Advance experience with Microsoft Office Suite
