Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to identify and define data that needs to be archived from decommissioned applications
- Work closely with technical teams to draft comprehensive requirements for data archiving, ensuring the preservation of critical business information
- Analyze business processes and requirements to determine the necessary reporting functionalities required to maintain business continuity post-application decommissioning
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for applications that require re-platforming to modern technologies, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy systems
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the retail and supply chain domain
- 4+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of data management principles and experience with data archiving processes
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Retail or supply chain environment preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
