CRG is launching a search for an HR Generalist for a client in Stanley, VA. This professional will focus on some administrative tasks, assist with recruiting for hourly positions, participate in employee engagement activities, address routine employee questions, and assist with a wide variety of other HR generalist activities. Responsibilities:
Support recruiting efforts for hourly positions, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, schedules, meetings, and onsite interviews efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in crafting and promoting an employer brand within the community to meet ongoing recruiting needs.
Participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance team cohesion.
File and maintain employee records
Utilize HR knowledge and rapport with employees to answer general HR queries
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3+ years of experience supporting HR functions, preferably in manufacturing/distribution
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday or similar platforms
