Accounts Receivable Specialist | Remote
CRG has launched a search for an AR Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, North Carolina! In this remote role you will be responsible for credit and collections, as well as resolution of any outstanding issues. You will work closely with internal departments, external customers, and vendors to maintain an efficient and effective accounts receivable process. Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on any overdue payments
- Contact customers within portfolio to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans as necessary
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate posting of payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, partnering across teams as needed to resolve
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and collections efforts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide necessary information
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management review
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- 3+ years experience within corporate collections
- Proficiency with SAP
- MS Excel expertise (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
