Opportunity: Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Compensation: $27-30/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, schedules, meetings, and on-site interviews.
- Contribute to establishing an employer brand within the community to support recruitment efforts in the upcoming years.
- Maintain a prominent presence to enhance HR program visibility and facilitate effective facility-wide communication.
- Drive ongoing enhancement of HR processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting HR tasks in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is required.
