Location: Charlotte, NC (Southwest)
Salary Range: $85,000 - $91,000
Schedule: Hybrid, Flexible

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of accountants supporting sector operations
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of associates, ensuring performance meets expectations
  • Conduct one-on-ones with 8-10 direct reports
  • Communicate and train field personnel on accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepare financial statements and client subsidy billings accurately and on time
  • Manage the accounting close process, reviewing entries and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, IFRS, GAAP, and company policies and procedures
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews, escalating issues as needed
  • Interpret client contracts and apply correct accounting treatment
  • Analyze variances and meet with high level executives to discuss divisions’ finances
  • Drive process improvements and share best practices across the department
  • Actively participate in the Field Accounting Management Team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • 4+ years of accounting experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of SAP
