Pay: $50-55 per hour

The Procedure writer will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process document needs. This candidate will work with stakeholders to research processes and determine how best to document, create and publish specifications, standards, work practices and procedural documentation with established deadlines, and determine best ways to ensure documents meet corporate style guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiar with ITIL best practices around ITSM processes Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Capacity Management including Knowledge Management.
  • Produce High quality documentation.
  • Analyze existing, any potential content, data, and documents to generate valuable information for the documents.
  • Working with internal resources to produce and document requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical writing or other related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years technical writing/documentation experience

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality of documentation.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated skills in producing high quality technical documentation Experience in Microsoft Suite

Competencies

  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills so they can communicate with others about the work they are performing.
