Job Title: Data Administrator

Assignment Type: 3 month contract to potential hire

Work Location: Preferred Charlotte- (hybrid)

FTE salary range: 50k-55k

Responsibilities:

• As the main data relationship owner with our Distribution Partners, perform triage for all data feed needs between various Foodbuy teams and DC's
• Close missing data gaps based on various analyses related to distributor reporting, Distributor Customer Number (DCN), and User Interface interactions
• Facilitate ongoing weekly phone calls with priority distribution partners
• Resolve customer challenges, routine requests, and concerns
• Provide baseline request support to the Compass Account Management team
• Ensure timely data collections via the Committed Member DET and Compass AP Recon data collections processes

Qualifications:

• Customer/Stakeholder focused with excellent "follow-up to resolution" skills
• Strong collaborator and communicator (via email, phone, video conferencing), able to work cross-functionally to solve problems
• Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and analytical in nature
• Basic understanding of MS Office Suite including advanced Outlook and Excel
• Able to track multiple work threads and meet all SLA's
