Director, Global Order Management Summary:
A globally recognized CRG client within the manufacturing technology industry is looking to bring on a Director of Global Order Management with proven success developing and driving strategy pertaining to order management processes. Developing and working under Government/Federal contracting experience is preferred with a focus within ITAR. Location: Charlotte, NC Vicinity
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *HYBRID*
Pay/Compensation: $140,000-$170,000+ & 15% BONUS
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all global customer order management processes with a focus on delivering superior customer focused approach while meeting internal and external customer requirements and company deadlines.
  • Lead contract management and monitoring to ensure compliance with commercial and US government regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Defense Feral Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs)
  • Develop and maintain contract management processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliant and efficient administration of contracts
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders in operations, finance, IT, and internal audit to meet business objectives and develop ongoing enhancements to existing practices.
  • Provide strategic direction for OM department, including monitoring performance metrics, implementing new tools and technology, and ensuring department can meet changing business requirements.
  • Monitor customer experience from order entry to product delivery. Providing analysis and timely reports on customer experience, account activity, sales orders, and KPI performance (use of Excel and PowerBI).
  • Develop and foster a collaborative, success-oriented team environment where team members are empowered and accountable. Accountable for innovation within the customer care technology and analytics domain.
  • Support SOX compliance requirements as needed as well as define/redefine controls and processes for best practices.
  • Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience in order management in international environment, with in depth working knowledge of Order and Contract processes & procedures. Invoices
  • Experience implementing new order management processes and systems (Oracle, SF or other)
  • Ability and desire to roll up their sleeves, get down to granular details at the independent contributor level, hold colleagues accountable, and accomplish any/all presented tasks to time and standard
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skill (with experience of presenting at C-Suite level).
  • Strong project management working approach, with solid management skills to create trackable metrics.
  • Experience of leading teams globally is desired.
  • Good understanding of how all organizational departments function, together with special competence in the particular areas of Sales, Order Management and Supply Chain
  • Excellent problem-solving ability supported through independent analysis and sounds decision making skills
  • Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities along with managing ambiguity.
