RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support documentation of governance artifacts including process maps, procedures, and controls
- Collaborate to produce responses and evidence for Internal Audit requests within agreed SLA’s.
- Assist in the development of management reports for executive leadership to summarize insights related to key initiatives and the organization’s risk and compliance posture.
- Support vendor onboarding and contract maintenance process
- Develop and deliver communications, training or educational materials for stakeholders affected by change to support adoption and ongoing compliance with new and/or revised processes.
- Leverage global policies and industry best practices to define processes and controls intended to drive standardization, enforce compliance, and minimize risk exposure.
- Support onboarding process for all Technology resources, providing required tools and appropriate access.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track progress of action items required to remediate process deficiencies within established deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in technology, project management, business analyst, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or related experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, or similar)
- Experience with the Agile framework
- Experience with Jira and Confluence software platforms preferred.
- Enthusiastic for improvement related to technology and vendor management processes.
- Familiarity with information technology and security standards or frameworks preferred (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST CSF)
- Skillful listener who can facilitate discussions with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity and take initiative.
- Technical writing or documentation skills to facilitate documentation of technology processes and governing procedures.
- Able to raise awareness of potential problems and formulate potential solutions proactively.
- Able to reason through cause & effect scenarios and identify underlying issues.
