Support documentation of governance artifacts including process maps, procedures, and controls
Collaborate to produce responses and evidence for Internal Audit requests within agreed SLA’s.
Assist in the development of management reports for executive leadership to summarize insights related to key initiatives and the organization’s risk and compliance posture.
Support vendor onboarding and contract maintenance process
Develop and deliver communications, training or educational materials for stakeholders affected by change to support adoption and ongoing compliance with new and/or revised processes.
Leverage global policies and industry best practices to define processes and controls intended to drive standardization, enforce compliance, and minimize risk exposure.
Support onboarding process for all Technology resources, providing required tools and appropriate access.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track progress of action items required to remediate process deficiencies within established deadlines.
2+ years of experience in technology, project management, business analyst, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in technical field or related experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, or similar)
Experience with the Agile framework
Experience with Jira and Confluence software platforms preferred.
Enthusiastic for improvement related to technology and vendor management processes.
Familiarity with information technology and security standards or frameworks preferred (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST CSF)
Skillful listener who can facilitate discussions with a range of stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage ambiguity and take initiative.
Technical writing or documentation skills to facilitate documentation of technology processes and governing procedures.
Able to raise awareness of potential problems and formulate potential solutions proactively.
Able to reason through cause & effect scenarios and identify underlying issues.
