SAP Success Factors Security Analyst Location:Remote, must be able to work EST hours Duration: 6-month, Contract-to-hire Pay: $ 60.00+/hr W2 ($110,000- 130,000 FTE)

This hands-on role will serve as part of the cybersecurity team and will be providing technical expertise to identify and resolve SAP SuccessFactors security, privacy compliance, and audit support. The Candidate will be required to manage implementation of Role Based Permissions in a Cloud environment as well as achievement and maintenance of data protection and privacy goals, support of audits, and the implementation of best practices for security and privacy. RESPONSIBILITIES
System Admin Roles and Permissions (RBP) Accountability across several SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance, Goals, Succession, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
Represent the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors to auditors and internal stakeholders – including coordination with control/process owner(s) and reporting/managing of audit finding(s)
Assist with providing internal guidance around SAP SuccessFactors security and privacy related regulatory and legal implications that may affect the company.
Performance of gap analysis to improve compliance and identify potential risks.
Escalation to management as appropriate.
Maintain general documents and process descriptions relevant to security compliance.
Support of data protection cross projects in cooperation with other teams
Clearly communicates and conveys processes and policies in a way that others can understand.
Assist with implementation of recommendations, processes, activities, and standards regarding security compliance.
