Operations Administrative Assistant

Opportunity: Contract to Hire
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $19-$20 hr


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Retrieve documents from filing system as needed.
  • Handle requests for information and data.
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and senior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred and 3-5 year of directly related experience in a similar environment
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Quickbooks, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong Excel skills (must pass assessment)
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather and monitor information
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer Service Oriented
