HR Generalist
Summary: CRG has recently launched a search for an HR Generalist for our client in the Charlotte area! Our client has been a leading manufacturer of high technology equipment for over 40 years.
Location: Charlotte, NC - 100% On Site
Opportunity: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Human Resource Manager and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding and administration: background checks, offer letters, business references, and training schedules.
- Work with legal and HR ream in the administration of the Group’s Immigration process.
- Assist in employee performance and development process and annual performance review.
- Draft new hire employee agreements.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel records and other HR related documentation both electronically and in hardcopy.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR related experience
- High understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
