HR Support Specialist

Opportunity: 12-week contract with the potential to extend
Location: 100% REMOTE - Must have ability to work EST time zone
Compensation: $17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Role will provide level one Remedy support ticket management for Employee Central and SAP
- Provide level one support ticket management for Employee Central and SAP
- Reviewing field inquiries related to training on a new HR system
- Providing responses based on a reference guide and/or routing tickets to the appropriate Help Desk for resolution.
- Handle mainly email resolution; however, some outreach may be required in some cases.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to review support tickets and find resolutions based on reference guidelines
- Experience working through support orders preferred
- Experience utilizing SAP (read only), Remedy, and EC preferred
